The Founder
Tudor Coltan
Law was the foundation.
Business changed the perspective.
Technology expanded the possibilities.
01 — The Foundation
Built on rigour.
Tudor's path began at the University of Bucharest Faculty of Law, where early academic distinction brought him to the attention of Professor Flavius Baias and Professor Valeriu Stoica.
He later joined Stoica & Asociații, training under the direct mentorship of Professor Stoica — former Minister of Justice and one of the defining figures of Romanian law.
The lesson that stayed was simple:
Standards come before success.
02 — Beyond Law
Curiosity changed the trajectory.
Long before artificial intelligence became a global conversation, Tudor was already exploring how technology, creativity and entrepreneurship would reshape the legal profession.
In 2019, that curiosity took him to New York, where his team won the Global Legal Hackathon — Business of Law global award.
But the real shift was not the award.
The real value was perspective — seeing law, technology and entrepreneurship not as separate disciplines, but as parts of the same conversation.
03 — The Other Side of the Table
From counsel to entrepreneur.
Years spent beside founders, investors and business owners gradually changed the question.
Not only: Is it legally possible?
But: Does it make business sense?
That distinction became the foundation of a different kind of advisory relationship — one built around judgment, consequence and shared ambition.
And eventually, it became the idea behind Coltan Holding.
Today
Law. Business. Technology.
Three worlds that once seemed separate.
Today, one perspective.
Coltan Holding.
"I built Coltan Holding for the client who knows that the world is their arena — and who needs a partner who is already there."
— Tudor Coltan
